Join Dr. Lexie every Wednesday for a free community wellness walk starting at Atlas Wellness Center. We'll enjoy a relaxed walk on the nearby trail or through downtown Poulsbo while connecting, moving our bodies, and building a healthier community together.
Perfect Storm: ADHD, Autism, & Sensory Challenges with Dr. Crystal
Is your child struggling? Maybe your child has been given a label of Autism, ADHD, ASD, SPD or maybe you just know in your gut there's more going on with your child than other's realize... it's time to attend the Perfect Storm workshop.Dr. Crystal Folta will share the truth about the hidden stressors that are causing a dramatic rise in ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism, etc. along with practical ways to help your child grow and develop into their full potential.
This workshop is open and beneficial to all parents, educators, OTs, PTs, and anyone interested in learning more.

We are welcoming the community to our Outdoor Movie Nights!
We are excited to bring outdoor movie nights monthly during warmer months at our Poulsbo location. Begin setting up chairs 30min prior. Movie begins at sunset.

October sunset: 6:16pm ; double movie- It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown (25min) followed by Casper
Bring a chair, blankets, snacks. We will be providing fresh popcorn.
